Founded in 2020, Ubique Legal is a dynamic and full-service Law Firm based in Ibadan, Oyo State, with correspondence offices in Victoria Island, Lagos State and Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State offering a myriad of bespoke legal services which cut across several practice areas and are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our corporate and individual Clients.

Akinkunmi A. Odumosu, Esq., ACIArb.
Principal PartnerAkinkunmi received his LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. He received his LL.M. from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, in 2019. He worked extensively in the office of N.O.O. Oke (SAN) & Co., where he rose to the position of Head of Chambers before co-founding the firm. He has been in active litigation practice since his call to the bar, conducting cases at lower and appellate courts. He has extensive experience in:
- Election Petitions — part of the team behind the successful gubernatorial election petitions for the governors of Oyo and Osun states in 2021 and 2022 respectively.
- Real Estate — extensive practice across land and property matters.
- Family Law — handles and has handled several matrimonial and child custody matters of varying complexity.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution — co-led a team that settled a series of fiercely contested cases in Lagos and Ibadan involving properties worth over ₦4 billion, out of court.
- Corporate & Commercial Law — works as external Solicitor to commercial banks in Lagos and Ibadan, handling their diverse legal needs.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ibadan branch, and served on its Welfare Committee (2022–2024). He is also an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Nigeria Branch), Ibadan, Oyo State. For leisure he enjoys football and reading. He is happily married with two children.
Kelechi O. Nnamadim, Esq.
Managing Partner and Notary PublicKelechi received her LL.B. from the University of Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2016. She received her LL.M. from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State, in 2021. Before co-founding the firm, she worked at and eventually became the Head of Chambers of Oluwasesan Dada & Co. She was appointed as a Notary Public for Nigeria by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in 2026. She has been in active practice since her call to the bar and has conducted cases at state, federal and appellate courts. She has extensive experience in:
- Corporate & Commercial Law — worked for two tier-2 commercial banks for almost six years, handling their diverse litigation from drafting to judgment (debt recovery, recovery of assets, land disputes, garnishee proceedings); worked as external Solicitor to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), co-leading teams that recovered debts worth billions of naira in Lagos and Ibadan. She also handles company registrations and regulatory compliance.
- Civil Litigation — conducts several civil disputes from breach of contract to land disputes; in 2023, co-led a team which oversaw the successful conclusion of a protracted land dispute filed in 1999 via out of Court settlement where the land in dispute was worth over 200 million naira.
- Family Law — handles and has handled several matrimonial and custody matters of varying complexity.
- Intellectual Property — handles the registration of intellectual and industrial property, as well as disputes arising therefrom.
She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ibadan branch, the NBA Women's Forum, and FIDA (International Federation of Women Lawyers), Oyo State. For leisure she enjoys music, baking and reading. She is happily married with two children.
Chief Sunday A. Odumosu
ConsultantChief Sunday received his LL.B. from the then Ogun State University (now Olabisi Onabanjo University), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1988. He has been in active litigation practice for nearly four decades, conducting cases at state, federal and appellate courts. He was appointed as a Notary Public for Nigeria by the Chief Justice of Nigeria in 2019.
- Criminal Litigation — has handled matters from simple offences to misdemeanours, felonies and capital offences.
- Civil Litigation — has represented clients in diverse civil disputes, particularly chieftaincy matters, land disputes and breach of contract.
He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ijebu-Ode branch, and served as its Chairman (2008–2010). For leisure he enjoys reading. He is happily married with three children.
